The opinions expressed on the website are not necessarily ours or the absolute truth. We promote an attitude of critical mind to grow in knowledge. Therefore, we share articles with the idea to share knowledge. We have a strict policy not to discuss any health issues with those who read our website or any related websites but sometimes there may be some misunderstandings about this. We disclaim any message via e-mail, newsletter or communication that you may receive claiming any health benefit or promoting any therapy. We are not responsable for any human error of any kind or for the internet service provider in relation to this website.

Products

I know you'll be satisfied with your order. We do all the parts by hand with care and attention. If a piece does not pass our standards we simply do not send it and it will be used for projects of personal gifting some of which can be found in video documentary format in our youtube channel. To be satisfied with each piece, it must work for the purpose that has been built and secondly it must be well finished. If it does not pass these two conditions we will never send it. The Terminator and Basic Zapper have passed a quality control at origin and we make sure twice that each unit is operating properly before sending it. Please read the detailed product descriptions to understand the characteristics before ordering.

Object of the contract

This contract is to regulate the contractual relationship, the sale,  between the Company and the user at the time it accepts voluntarily (contracting / purchasing) using information provided on the website at registration.
The contractual relationship of a sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a certain product or service publicly exposed through the web site with an estated price.
When making a purchase or contact with the company via the website www.orgonita.eu you are claiming to be the person that requests information and / or places an order, according to the data filled in the relevant form, as well as your ability and responsibility, through this act, to consent and authorize the Company, or its representatives, to communicate with you, for questions regarding the submitted form and / or order placed through email or otherwise.

The customer admits to know, at the time of ordering, the general conditions of sale stated on the website www.orgonita.eu. Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions without reservation. Orders placed through the website www.orgonita.eu oblige the customer to make a payment from the moment we receieve it thru the site automated system.

Contract process

To access the services offered by the provider, the user must register through the web site by creating a user account. To do this, the user must provide free and voluntary personal data that will be required to receive the services and products purchased, accepting the ¨about registry and privacy¨ conditions which can be found on the website.

The user will select a username and password, pledging to make diligent use of them, not make them available to third parties and to inform the lender the loss or theft thereof or the possible access by a third unauthorized , so that it may proceed to the immediate blocking.
The user may not select as user name words that have as purpose the mislead others by identifying it as an integral member of the provider, as well as rude, insulting and in general, contrary to law or the requirements of morality and expressions good manners. The Company reserves the right to delete any user account if it deems it fit.
Once created the user account, it is reported that the recruitment process will follow the following steps:

    Acceptance of purchase order or contract services (shopping cart) and conditions of employment
    Data confirmation and delivery contracts with the possibility of changes in them
    Shipping method selection and acceptance of costs associated
    Selecting payment method of purchasing or hiring
    Acceptance purchase summary with all expenses included
    Payment by the customer selected option.

In any case the trading platform of the Company will inform the user, once the recruitment process is completed, via email about all the features, price, forms of transport, hire date and estimated delivery of the product or service contracted.

Order delivery

Please allow between 2-10 days to process your order.  The reception time depends on the time we receieve your payment, the order that you make, the workload when ordering, the stock available and the delivery times. The amounts in stock may vary in real time when you make an order. In case there is no stock available, we will keep you informed of waiting times.

Delivery of orders will be made in the delivery address freely designated by the user. Therefore, the provider assumes no responsibility for delivery when the product or service can not reach you due to the  false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by users or if delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, allocated for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall take the measures required of a diligent trader so that delivery can be made at the agreed time,  as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so you may not impute liability against the provider. A tracking code will be provided once it is generated by the shipping company and sent to the user thru email.

Right of withdrawal / Return Policy

You have one week (7 calendar days) from the date the package is delivered to decide whether to return a product. The return is subject to the following conditions:
All shipping costs and insurance paid are not refundable.
Products must be retunrned with all their packaging and original accessories and in the exact condition in which you received them (for example, unused / in perfect condition).
The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred while the package is in transit. You must pack the item carefully and ship via a method that provides locator shipping and secured.

Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions or a copy of the delivery note. Before asking for a refund, please contact us by e-mail at info (at) orgone (point (eu) always mentioning your order number.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products that are custom products or for hygienic reasons, such as the zapper products or other exceptions legally suitable for this right.

 

Guarantees applicable

Chances are extremely good that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. It is a good idea for everyone, however, to have guidelines in place in case something happens.

Limited warranty

 All products at ORGONITA.EU are guaranteed for workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase. As for the zapper products, 99% of the time they fail is due to misuse or because the units have fallen to the ground once or several times before breaking. In the rare event that the power is on, when you get the package, and the light is not turned on or that you notice there´s not current at the discs, send the device for a free replacement. In other cases the manufacturer offers an inexpensive repair service which includes shipping. Contact if you have any doubt about this.
If the repair is required due to mishandling or abuse, there will be minimal charges for parts and shipping.
When making returns, the customer does so at their expense. Pack carefully. Buy shipping insurance. Include a copy of the original shipping slip by ORGONITA.EU in the package.

Did you get a damaged product?

If for some reason your goods arrived damaged or are not working, we will make every effort to solve the problem. Obviously, this is our responsibility and we will put things right as quickly as possible. Email us at info (at) orgonita.eu. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase in ORGONITA.EU and if our product is not holding his end of the bargain, we will fix it in a hassle free manner.

Have you changed your mind?

Maybe you've received a product from us and it isn't damaged, but you've changed your mind and don't wish to keep it. If that's the case, simply send it back to us unused, in its original packaging within 7 days after recieving the goods. In these instances, the customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to ORGONITA.EU. You will have the option to get a refund minus our fees and expenses applicable within 30 days counting from the day we recieve and inspect your shipment. You can also opt to get a coupon for the same value to spend at the website or even generate a gift certificate for someone for the same amount.Customers must return the products at their expense, and please pack carefully and buy the shipping insurance. Please include a copy of your original delivery slip recieved from us in the package.

Warranty claim?

As regards to warranty claims, we will do everything possible to ensure that the guarantee is processed smoothly. We have good relations with all our customers, and will work directly with you to ensure that security issues are rectified at the right time. Ultimately, every purchase has to end with a note that will satisfy you and we will take all measures to ensure that happens. Customers must contact first before returning any article by e-mail at info (at) orgonita.eu. Please provide your order number when contacting.

Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Belize in matters not expressly stated. The company and the user, expressly waive any other jurisdiction, subject to the Courts of the city of Belize City, Belize, CA.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ORGONITA.EU or to products you purchase through the website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Belize City, Belize, CA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ORGONITA.EU's property rights, ORGONITA.EU may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.  The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
