To send our Orgonite creations we use courier services depending on the zone so we can offer the best prices available. We apply the tariffs given to us at this moment.
We really take seriously your privacy but it is very helpful to provide your phone number along with your preferred time of delivery. This way we safe on possible confusions and they can deliver it to you faster. Please do let us know if you do not want us to share that info. They might call you or sms you letting you know they are coming and time of delivery.
The weight always shows in your shopping cart. You can always estimate the tariff when checking the view cart button as well as applying Coupons or Gift Vouchers.
How to receive your parcel?
it is very important that you inspect the contents of the parcel when you receive it specially if you see any damage of the pacakge. It is specially important when parcels are heavy, If you do not inspect the contents upon receival and do not write the damage/defect on the delivery slip, carriers will not take responsability for the damages and insurance will not cover it and unfortunately we will be unable to help you.
Shipping, delivery and postage
The parcels are properly packed in plastic bubble wrap and other materials in order to protect them in case of possible rough handling during transport; the heavier the weight, the more the layers and protective materials. If the parcels may be elegible for insurance in the European Union it is up to the addressee to claim compensation from the post or Courier service. If the addressee so wishes I will be able to use all or part of the amount of such compensation to make another shipment in replacement of the goods that have been damaged. No insurance is available for parcels shipped to countries outside the European Union and such parcels are therefore not insured and I can neither be held liable nor be asked to pay for damages incurred by the goods during transport. In case of damage in countries and for quantities that are insured,
If the addressee is absent from his place of residence for a long time or if a wrong address has been given on placement of the order, parcels sent either to Spain or to another EU country will normally be returned to me. The cost of a new shipment will be at the addressee’s expense with double the shipping cost. If she/he does not wish to receive the parcel again, I can only make a partial reimbursement, i.e. deducting all shipment costs, labor fees and any other cost(s).
For the same reasons as above, if parcels sent to countries outside the European Union fail to be delivered, the post services of the said countries will consider them as lost. In such cases it will be up to the addressee to try to locate them using the tracking number and she/he shall support the costs inherent in this procedure; under these circumstances I shall have no obligation nor will I be able to provide help. These shipping conditions apply for postal and courier service.

INTERNATIONAL
Normally we select the best tariff available and carriers could be TNT ,FEDEX , GLS and others to service our International parcels.
Delivery times
Once it is sent It will take and average of 5-7 working days to reach most Europe. 7 to 8 working days for Eastern European countries and Latin America and also 8 days for Asia. We are not responsible for any delay the parcel may suffer but we ll always help you track, locate and try to help in case of any rare issue. You must take care of any possible extra fees in case it is stopped at customs although this should not be a problem in the EU. If you need more weight or do not see your country, please ask us for a quote.

SPAIN (MAINLAND & BALEARIC ISLANDS) & PORTUGAL
There are two main options which are 24 hour and 72 hour delivery service. Both have tracking available. The 72 hour option will start to show up when it starts being a cheaper option than 24 hours since the 72 hour service is charged in 5kgs.
CANARY ISLANDS
There is also postal service with tracking and it will activated forthe Canary Islands since it is the more convenient and cheap option for this area.
